Tulip Cottage is a fully restored 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom country cottage with a generous kitchen and sweeping views over the Blackwood River valley. Within walking distance of the local shops and cafes, this home away from home sits on 9 acres of farmland and offers a scenic escape to relax and explore the local area.
In summer the wide verandah is the perfect place to escape the heat and enjoy a glass of wine and a meal surrounded by fragrant wisteria. In winter, a cosy blanket makes this the perfect place to savour your morning coffee before building up the log fire or setting out for the day.
Tulip Cottage sleeps up to 8 people and has one queen bed, two double beds and a fourth bedroom with twin single beds. All bed linen and towels are provided. The lounge room features a log fire and a TV with DVD player.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi is included.
Boyup Brook Accommodation sits just a 5 minute walk from local shops and cafes and offers a range of accommodation types. Three self-contained units are accessed via the main driveway while two more rooms are connected to the main house with private entry off the front verandah. All are fully airconditioned and include an ensuite as well as a kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave.
Two more bedrooms within the main house offer a homely accommodation option with the use of the shared kitchen and bathroom.
There is also an enclosed outdoor communal kitchen and lounge area with a BBQ, stove and plenty of space to cook, eat and unwind. Wi-Fi included.
